Before you come in
Where is Produkta Changan and when are you open?
We are on the corner of Weir and Lydenburg Road in Riverside Park, Mbombela. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00, and we are closed on Sunday. New vehicle sales is on 013 001 0709.
Do I need to book a test drive or can I just walk in?
You are welcome to walk in. A quick call to 013 001 0709 first does help, because then we can have the model you are interested in fuelled, cleaned and standing ready instead of you waiting while we fetch it.
What warranty and service plan comes with a new Changan?
Every new Changan we sell carries a 5 year or 90 000 km service plan and a 5 year or 150 000 km warranty. Both are part of the price, not something we sell you afterwards.
Will you take my current car as a trade-in?
Yes. Bring it in and we will value it while you wait, then show you exactly what it does to your deposit and your monthly figure on whichever Changan you are looking at.
Can you arrange the finance for me?
Yes. Our finance team submits to the major South African banks and will structure the deal around your deposit, your term and what you can comfortably carry each month. Every application is subject to credit approval.
Do you service Changan vehicles and stock parts in Mbombela?
Yes. We have both a service department and a parts department on site in Riverside Park, so your Changan is looked after in the same place you bought it. Service bookings and parts enquiries go to 013 753 7305.
